I had a really disappointing experience at Smile Zone Family Dental. I went there for Invisalign, but it didn’t fix my teeth. Instead, it felt like the Invisalign process actually caused some bad cutting on my teeth that I wasn’t expecting. The results just didn’t come out right for me. I ended up with an overbite, and the issues I originally went in for were never improved but worsened. They cancelled on me 10 minutes before my appointment started. Very unprofessional especially since I was already on my way.
We had a very good experience with Smile Zone for tooth extraction, cleaning, and a root canal. Thank you to the team for the excellent care during those procedures. However, our experience with Invisalign was very disappointing. I did not want to proceed with Invisalign treatment, but I felt pressured into it. Unfortunately, despite going through the entire process, the issue remains unresolved and I am now suffering as a result.
