I travel from out of province to see Dr. Crichton, and they always go out of their way to accommodate me and fit me into their schedule. A special thank-you to Tamara, who is incredibly kind, professional, and helpful over the phone. She has been very accommodating. Love seeing my smile results so far! :D

Would put zero stars if I could. We went through braces and retainer through them a few years ago and then ended up going back to get the permanent retainer less than 2 years ago and paid a lot of money at that time for the top and bottom. Well yesterday the top retainer popped off and they want $600 to put it back in, lady on phone was extremely rude right from the start when I called to confirm the price they told my daughter. I asked for a manager and she said she’d have to call me back..which is fine, but wasn’t willing ... read more
