HORRIBLE DOCTORR!!! He will overcharge you for things you dont need. Flaunt his power and his experience when asking about your teeth. Does not want to tell you anything about your teeth and gets mad and defensive when you ask. He will try to gaslight you because he is the orthodontist. Told me straight to my face "Are you the orthodontist or am I?" when I asked about my procedure with the little knowledge I had from having braces for two years. am writing this review to warn other parents and families. While this orthodontic office may appear attractive due to lower pricing, our experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. Shortly after my son’s braces were placed, one of the brackets broke within a week. When we returned to the office, instead of repairing the issue, the staff simply cut the wire and told us to wait two weeks until the next scheduled appointment. I barely want to give 1 star. This practice needs to get rid of everyone and start over! When you come inside you stand there wondering if you will be helped. The staff comes in when they want and brings their personal problems in with them. The office manager is in 1x a week...which is GREAT for business! The orthodontist is as old as Jesus and lets his staff make all the decisions. Don't go there! Hutta and Hutta is a much better choice!
