I was extremely satisfied with the customer service, the friendliness of the staff, and their professional knowledge and skills. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The service was even better than what I have received in Korea, and I really appreciated that there was no unnecessary treatment or upselling. It was truly excellent.
My original review: I had implant surgery with Dr. Shin, smooth procedure, great team, very friendly staff. The ladies at the front desk were awesome. Thank you, Dr. Shin and Claire and Shagayegh! Update (June 2026): Since my original review, I have visited several more times, receiving more implants and a crown, along with great customer service. Thank you to Dr. Shin and his team for the great service and for maintaining such high standards.
I used to get so nervous before dental appointments, but the doctors and staff here are always so welcoming and comforting that I can truly relax during my visits. The scaling session was incredibly thorough and gentle, leaving no discomfort or sensitivity at all. I really appreciate how they take the time to explain every step of the process, and the treatment results are consistently excellent. This is a clinic I can always trust and confidently recommend to anyone.
