Needless to say Dr.Yekta is one of the best dentist in lower mainland. Welcoming staffs with incredible experience.
This dental clinic front desk doesn’t have respectful attitude and there is lack of customer service and communication with their patients and I had this experience with them personally and it was inappropriate, unfortunately I noticed they tried to reach to other dentist’s office and getting information without the patient’s consent which illegal and against Privacy Act BC Chapter 373 and disrespectful to patient’s rights and privacy and it’s considered as Violation of privacy.
I had terrible experience with Dr.Kian Yekta ( Dentist ) , few months ago he has done treatment for my tooth and then because of his mistake and wrong diagnosis I have suffered of pain which was frustrating and effect me and my daily activities then I went to other dentist and specialist they found out his mistakes in treatment and unfortunately I had to do Re-Edno and after a few weeks waisting time and spending thousands of dollars, still I am struggling with my tooth’s conditions and I may need surgery as well, sadly when... read more
