I had an awful experience at this clinic. The entire visit was rough and unprofessional. They aggressively pushed unnecessary services, and the final bill was shockingly high with hidden charges. I felt completely taken advantage of and disrespected. After reading other reviews about hidden charges, it’s clear this is a pattern. They are constantly exploiting customers. Definitely not worth it. Stay away!

I have been living in Canada for over 20 years and have visited various dental clinics to have my teeth cleaned and never had unpleasant experiences. However, during my recent visit to this clinics, a dental hygienist added extra items to my bill without my knowledge or consent. They added a "periodontal examination" item, which was not covered by my insurance, and I had to pay an additional $105.
