I had an awful experience at this clinic. The entire visit was rough and unprofessional. They aggressively pushed unnecessary services, and the final bill was shockingly high with hidden charges. I felt completely taken advantage of and disrespected. After reading other reviews about hidden charges, it’s clear this is a pattern. They are constantly exploiting customers. Definitely not worth it. Stay away!
Dr Luo and the staffs are very professional and considerate. I have been visiting the clinic for 8 years and even after I moved to London.
