Miss sherry at smile transportation went above and beyond to help me when my dumbass insurance canceled my ride home on January 12th 2026 (i live in opp alabama and my appointment was in dothan over an hour away!) I am so very grateful to her and everyone there for all their help in getting me back home to opp top notch all around I will definitely use them again in the future
The driver was very kind but we were unable to get ahold of someone after the appointment to come pick us up and bring us back home. The call only rang once then went straight to "im sorry the person you are trying to call doesn't have a voicemail set up yet" but after trying for longer than 30 minutes and getting the same result it gets to a point where its ridiculous considering some of their customers are disabled and have no other way home but to now get a cab which is unacceptable if this is supposed to be a dependable ... read more
They always cancel my rides for no apparent reason and I be booked at least a week in advance made me miss important appointments
