Poor communication. Required multiple visits to complete installation. Did not seem to care if installed units fully function, rushed to wrap up.

Showed up out of the hours they said. Unprofessional, did not speak english - laughed at us when we spoke to them. Said they needed to order a part & would be back later .We called them 7days later, they said they’d be back later day.Still no communication so made complaint with Kelvinator who recommended them who are there service contractors .1 hour they called . However we said we don’t want them back. Stay far away.

I ended up kicking the technical person out of my home. It took them 1 month to arrive and about 15 minutes to insult me in my own home to a point that I felt he needed to leave. The technician came in and behold the air conditioner decided to work, when throughout the cold winter period it did not work. I explained to him in detail the issue that I experienced thought the time. He laughed at me and told me that he is going to charge me because there is no fault. Unprofessional, do not use!! The contractors speak poor English and they turned up with the wrong part on the second visit. On the fourth visit they were not aware of what they had to do when they arrived which was simple disconnect the air conditioner so that I could get a suitable qualified contractor install the new one.
