On August 25th I was scheduled to go in to get my wisdom teeth removed. I had booked months in advance and took time off work and saved money to compensate for the time I would be off. Come the day of the appointment we showed up early and waited for approximately an hour and change before the receptionist let us know they would be rescheduling my appointment because the dental surgeon did not show up and was unreachable. I still have not received an answer as to why he no showed. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone
All the staff go out of their way to being very kind, and professional. But Tyler at the reception is out of the ordinary, with a lot of kindness, sympathy, polite and care, she made us feel very welcome. Tyler communication skills are top-notch, and she always explain things clearly. Also her professionalism, helpfulness, and efficiency, and going the extra mile. Thank you Tyler, Dalia and Zahavi
Every part of my first experience as a Smile Town patient was great! They were very accommodating to my schedule. My hygienist was through, efficient and quick. The dentist and her assistant work completely in sync with one another and the staff at the front were very helpful. I look forward to my next visit
Dr Kapour The past few trips to the Grimsby office have honestly been so poor that on my way to my appt I was thinking about leaving Smile Town Then to my shock I saw the changes that have been made I had the best hygiene experience today with Stephanie. In my 50 plus years of faithful dental hygiene I have never met a hygienist who talked, explained how my medications effect PH, bone deterioration etc. I was absolutely floored by her expertise. All the staff go out of their way to be very kind and welcoming! Have never experienced such incredible customer service from a dentist office. We really appreciate how they support the Grimsby community and have graciously sponsored our kids sports teams! They are so great with our kids and have shows for them to watch during their appointments. Our kids LOVE it there and get excited about going to dentist!
