I made an appointment with this place 3 weeks ago and specifically requested a Saturday (only day available was Sat 11th) as I work Monday through Friday and they operate on a regular business schedule. They confirmed the appointment and called me the morning before (Friday 10th) but since I was at work, I couldn't answer. I called back 2 hours later, and they asked if they could reschedule for the following Saturday 18th because all the appointments had already been confirmed. That's unacceptable and unprofessional. DR GAO is very carrying and skillful. The staff members are nice to serve clients. The price is very reasonable. Strongly recommend everyone to chose this Dr.
