I’ve been coming to the practice for 7+ years including braces treatment and post treatment for retainers. All I can say is that I’m more than content with my smile.
I started my treatment in September of 2020 and I have had a very pleasant experience. The office is very clean and all of the staff created a nice environment. Dr. Bilello always informed me about the steps throughout the process. He helped me achieve the smile I have always wanted.
RecommendedBoth my daughters, Ariana and Amaya, had their orthodontics work done here and I have never had anything but a great experience. The staff has always been polite and welcoming. Dr. Bilello was wonderful with Ariana 10 years ago and Dr. Pakitas was nothing but great with Amaya, who just got her braces removed last week. After years of wanting to straighten my smile, Dr Billelo did a miracle. My case was complicated but he got the job done!! My smile is better than I ever expected!! Thank you Dr Billelo!! They have two location which was very convenient bc it made for better scheduling options that suited my needs!!
Dr. Bilello does amazing work at the right price with the most up to date technology. He is professional and thorough. His staff is friendly and always helpful. We traveled from Long Island to Queens for 4 years to see him each month, but now we visit him in the new Garden City Office. Both offices are clean and a pleasure to go to. Thank you Dr. Bilello, for making my son Nicholas Agosto & my daughter Angelina Agosto's teeth straight! Anthony is next!!
