This place is a complete mess and a complete scam. I was referred here from the Lincoln office because they needed to do some "special" x-ray to see the nerves in my jaw to make a treatment plan for my wisdom teeth. I had to pay over $200 up front because this type of x-ray isn't covered by any insurance. And it was no different than any of the other X-rays they do I get there, and I wait over an hour (while dozens of people are being seen in and out...) for a two minute x-ray, and they rush me off to leave saying someone w... read more

I had my first visit at the Granite Bay Location. While everyone was friendly, the dentist who performed the exam did not explain her findings well. I was told that I would receive a treatment plan at the front desk. The person that was supposed to provide the plan left the office and they told me they would call later. After 3 days I had still not heard from them. I called in and found out that there was recommended work that the dentist did not discuss with me at the original appointment.
