Jason Chou is a great dentist. He is thorough and kind, while not wasting any time. I was concerned about the color of two of my front teeth he was going to work on and he took my concerns seriously, making sure I liked the color he chose and even verified that I liked everything when he was finished. My teeth look amazing and I am very happy. 4 stars because the appointment scheduling is not dependable, they have cancelled 2 of my appointments which is frustrating.
The good: staff are nice and office is clean The bad: the scheduling is a mess and the communication is lacking. Several times, I've been scheduled for an exam + cleaning and confirmed the appt as such days prior, only to be told upon arrival that they have me scheduled for exam only - with no explanation. I have to insist on them fitting me in for the cleaning and i get rushed through bc of it. I kept giving this office chances to fix their mistake bc they're the closest location, but it's now happened *3 consecutive times*... read more
Always a very Pleasant visit at the Granite Bay Smile Time Dental! Awesome customer service and very nice staff at this location. Especially when working with Dental Hygienist Nada Alani. She always does a very great job! And is always happy. I highly recommend this location and they never disappoint. It’s always a plus to have a friendly and happy Dental Hygienist. Thank you guys again.
