After I visited this place I was concerned of if they were maintaining good hygiene. Their tools looked so dirty and discolored.
Kiya and the team are always exceptionally patient, friendly, and listen to my concerns and go above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of.
The staff at UD was nice. I waited 50 minutes for my appointment although I was on time. The waiting room is extremely small and the office has a smell. I needed another appointment so I requested the Center City office. While that office is bigger and I was seen right away the customer service overall was not good. The gentleman checking me in seem annoyed and the lady checking me out left the desk in the middle of checking me out for about 10 minutes. Called multiple times, they don't pick up (yes, I called on the days they were open). If they pick up, they'll put me on hold and cut the call.
