The staff at UD was nice. I waited 50 minutes for my appointment although I was on time. The waiting room is extremely small and the office has a smell. I needed another appointment so I requested the Center City office. While that office is bigger and I was seen right away the customer service overall was not good. The gentleman checking me in seem annoyed and the lady checking me out left the desk in the middle of checking me out for about 10 minutes. Called multiple times, they don't pick up (yes, I called on the days they were open). If they pick up, they'll put me on hold and cut the call.
I am disabled. The dentist wasn't accommodating nor understanding when I explained. I will NEVER come here again and I will be reporting discrimination to my insurance provider.
