Wow, we are a family of four who used to be clients at Smile Suite, we had a change in insurance and moved across island so had to change our primary dentist to someone else. After several years we are now back on this side of the island so I phoned Dr Girard to get my family scheduled back at Smile Suite and was informed by the receptionist that she spoke with the doctor about us returning and that he said “the don’t allow for previous clients to return once leaving their practice”. By far the best dental office on Maui! I've been coming here for almost a decade now. Camilla is an amazing dental hygienist and Dr. Todd is very thorough and professional. The office is super clean and the staff are really friendly and efficient.
Complete failure! Didn't even make it to my 1st office visit. Day prior to appointment @ 9:00am received phone message from office to call them back to confirm “tomorrows apt.”. Returned call @ 12:30pm “yes, I’ll be there”. THEN at 3:45, I receive a call “if I can reschedule or come in at 1pm because doctor needs to leave early!
