Dr.Subherwal has been my dentist for the last 5+ years and she has always been very kind and excellent at what she does. Her entire team is friendly and amazing. Have a bunch of work done and she was available anytime I had pain and accommodates a quick check if pain persists etc.
I had previously given a 5 star review based on how thorough they are here. But need to drop it down to 1 (since zero isn’t possible). It has been 7 weeks since I paid $300 to get a test sent out to a lab. I get different information everytime I speak to a different team member. I paid at Evergreen to get the same tests done and got the results in 24 hours. Communication has been terrible and I feel like they essentially stole $300 from me. I won’t be going back!
My experience at Smile Studios was great. Dr. Subherwal and her entire team were very kind and friendly, and create a very welcoming and comfortable environment.
Friendly and caring staff. The dentist is more prone to recommend Invisalign than my previous dentists. If you also get the recommendation, it might be worth it to get a second opinion. Edit: the studio never gave me the promised gift card for leaving the Google Maps review.
