This was my first time visiting Smile Studio. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Even with it being a busy afternoon we were greeted immediately. The office manager Ms. Ty was very detailed in explaining services, payments, and payment options.
Ty was absolutely great!
I was referred to Smile Studio by a friend, and the entire process of getting my son's braces was smooth from start to finish. Everyone we was friendly and professional. A special thank you to Ty! She took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process, including the dos and don'ts of braces, and made sure both my son and I understood everything. She patiently answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable every step of the way.
My family loves the Smile Studio. They are always very pleasant. They are gentle and they take the uneasiness out of dental visits. I highly recommend giving them a try.
