Went to the dentist Studio Smiles checked in with Kyi at the desk. Sat there for an hour. I asked another receptionist when I was going to be seen was told i never was checked in. All that time after on my time off from work. I work in school. So when im off i enjoy doing things fir myself on my time off. Bad business. Bibles open on the counters everywhere. This is hands down the best experience I have when it comes to dental. Whenever I need to just ask questions or what felt like an emergency to me they were right there for me. I have not one time called and was told I had to wait days to come in. They answer all my questions and make me feel real comfortable when it comes to this new journey of wearing braces. If you are looking for a team that knows what they are doing and excellently customer service this is your place!!!!!
