When I visited this weekend, the dentist, dental hygienist, and front desk staff were all very polite and informative. However, there was a tech who arrived late and was extremely disrespectful to the team. He loudly voiced his complaints to the staff checking me in, and continued to express his frustration throughout the office during my appointment. It created an uncomfortable environment, which was unfortunate given how professional the rest of the team was.
Everyone here is so nice and friendly! They all create such a welcoming environment. I usually dread going to the dentist but they all make it so much better!
