The office is friendly overall. There have been several issues though with quality of treatment. We have had to go in now 3 different times for issues that have caused harm to my 8 year old son. The office has an empathetic tone, but it isn't genuine. They don't keep a doctor daily, and now we have to seek outside treatment for an infection that he received due to his wires. That is not ok. I will be taking the bill to Smile Straight.
At first everything was great. Appointments were easy to make since they didn’t have that many patients. Towards the middle of the treatment scheduling appointments became a nightmare. They became just like any other medical facility. They expected me to take my kids out of school to attend appointments every month. After the treatment, just beware that if you lose your retainers you have to pay $500 to replace them ($200) if you buy “the warranty plan” of $100.
