If I could give them 1 star I would. When I first started it was great staff was amazing the past couple months it has been the worst. Today specifically. I drive 45min a each time I come here to bring my daughter and son. Today my daughter had an 8:00 appointment. Well traffic was backed up so I called told them I maybe a little late. We had a dental emergency while visiting from France, and they took us in immediately. The staff at the reception desk were incredibly welcoming and kind from the moment we arrived. The dentists were also amazingly friendly, professional, and reassuring throughout the whole visit. The clinic itself is beautiful and very comfortable, you instantly feel at ease and well taken care of there. Even as visitors from France, we felt truly welcomed and supported. My 3 children have been patients here for the past 2.5 years. We had a wonderful experience until the new doctors took over. The current staff is off putting and aren’t very friendly. My son was scheduled for a check up and my daughter had her 3 month retainer check. We drove 2 hours to the office just for it to be closed. One of the staff was working and was kind enough to let me in to talk through what happened. Ultimately, my children were never scheduled. The office is now closed on Friday’s. Clean facility, staff is welcoming and assuring. However, I’ve been waiting since June the 5th for an updated referral to be sent to an oral surgeon. Grace due to Dr. Emily resignation on July 1st, but was reassured that Dr. Matthew Morrone or Dr. Stephen Hunsaker would take a look at X-rays and make some adjustments. With multiple messages left at front office since June 5th, no new referral has been sent over to the oral surgeon as of July 29th.
