This place is absolutely amazing. My daughter has had the best experience with having braces and as a parent I can tell you they make the process efficient and painless. Everyone is so kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and a joy. I can’t recommend Smile Straight Ortho enough. Thank you again Smile Straight!!
Very professional and friendly people working here, pretty blonde girl at the front desk too! Lol I feel like my son’s best interests were wholeheartedly taking precedents by the entire staff from the moment we walked in this morning at 9:18am until we left.
Extremely happy with this business, employee's are always nice and place is very clean. If you or your child are needing braces then you won't find a better place in Wilmington NC. They have a lot of people working and it's an open atmosphere where they do the procedures so there's always a lot going on and it's nice because you can go back there with your child and see what they're doing and it's actually encouraged. Initially I spoke with Janis and she was wonderful. Than I get my appointment to install her braces which was great news. The tech who was installing her braces did not look confident at all, which I kept telling the doctor. Of course when I’m half way at home(Willard) the bracket just come off, my daughter had a smoothie. We turned around the tech seem to have an attitude and was not apologetic being that I had to turn around with my dad whom I just picked up from the hospital for heart failure. I would not recommend this orthodontist. I signed a contract in october and have paid almost half of the total services cost and I've yet to have my first appointment, (I'm scheduled for February). If you ever have to cancel an appointment, you can't get back on the schedule for two months. They canceled the first appointment on me and I had to reschedule the second one due to family emergency. They should not take on more clients than they have the ability to schedule within months. So my total treatment time is already del... read more
