Everyone I have met has been really nice and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this office! Any concerns you have are listened to and actually addressed.
I’m surprised even one person has ever given this place less than five stars. Everything about it is what you would hope for. It is nice and clean, every person in there is friendly, they’re very quick and efficient, and they make everything easy. I drive from Jacksonville, and it’s 100% worth it.
My daughter drove an hour and half to take my grandson to his 1st appt. There and on the way my grandson got sick in the car. My daughter had to stop and clean him up and buy more clothes for him to change into. When she did stop, she called them and told them what was going on and she would be there in 15 minutes which would have made him 5 minutes late. They said they only give a ten minute grace period, but with that ten minute grace period, he would have been only 5 minutes past that. She drove 1 1/2 hours to his appt. A... read more
My first experience with this office was great. I did not confirm 24 hrs in advance when they called, and they worked it out to still be able to see us. I did not know that they could cancel your appointment if you don't confirm. They got my daughter back in a timely manner. They have multiple things for kids to do while they wait. The office was clean and the staff was friendly.
Appointment was on time place was very clean. I witnessed them sanitizing the equipment after each patient. I would recommend this establishment to everyone.
