We had a dental emergency while visiting from France, and they took us in immediately. The staff at the reception desk were incredibly welcoming and kind from the moment we arrived. The dentists were also amazingly friendly, professional, and reassuring throughout the whole visit. The clinic itself is beautiful and very comfortable, you instantly feel at ease and well taken care of there. Even as visitors from France, we felt truly welcomed and supported. Clean facility, staff is welcoming and assuring. However, I’ve been waiting since June the 5th for an updated referral to be sent to an oral surgeon. Grace due to Dr. Emily resignation on July 1st, but was reassured that Dr. Matthew Morrone or Dr. Stephen Hunsaker would take a look at X-rays and make some adjustments. With multiple messages left at front office since June 5th, no new referral has been sent over to the oral surgeon as of July 29th.
This place is absolutely amazing. My daughter has had the best experience with having braces and as a parent I can tell you they make the process efficient and painless. Everyone is so kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and a joy. I can’t recommend Smile Straight Ortho enough. Thank you again Smile Straight!!
Very professional and friendly people working here, pretty blonde girl at the front desk too! Lol I feel like my son’s best interests were wholeheartedly taking precedents by the entire staff from the moment we walked in this morning at 9:18am until we left.
I was disappointed with my experience at Smile Straight Orthodontics. I scheduled an Invisalign consultation about a month in advance and completed all of the paperwork that was sent to me beforehand. On the day of my appointment, after checking in, I was told that my appointment had been marked as “unconfirmed” because they had supposedly been unable to reach me by phone over the previous few days.
