I had a problem with my email not receiving the links for my children. I called and spoke with Kesha. She was very helpful, courtesy and determined to solve the problem. She contacted their tech support and after two days (because of closing) I was able to receive my children's electronic paperwork. Thank you for going that extra mile! The problem was resolved before their scheduled appointment! I over love their service.

I was absolutely terrified to start my adult braces journey. I have missing teeth and several restorations that made me feel like nothing could be done. I also had so many questions but the staff took the time to answer each one carefully and thoroughly. They explained the process, how long I'd have them, and gave me an incredible price that was affordable with several options for payment flexibility. I can't wait until I see my new improved smile.

They decided to close early due to air conditioning concerns, which is understood but not one staff member took the time to call patients to let them know. The parking lot had patients arriving to a note on the door instead of contacting each individual to let them know, so that we wouldn’t waste our time, gas, and work hours. Yet, staff was still in the building chatting. Very unprofessional way to do things.

Wouldn’t recommend to a single soul! My child’s braces are continually falling apart. Numerous brackets broke the first few months, then a wire came out and low and behold had 7 broken brackets too… they tell me the first 4 are free and then I have to pay out of pocket. I’m upset but I was in the process of running my card to pay for them when the receptionist tells me “good news, the brackets will all be covered this time because they realize he is biting down on his bottom braces which has caused this situation”. This company is all about money! My daughter broke her second bracket and the first thing the staff say is she have one more bracket to break before being charged, as if I didn’t not know this as stated in the paper work. They did not REPLACE THE BRACKET ONLY CLIPPED THE METAL PIECE so it wouldn’t irritate her jaw! I’m very displeased, if only I was in attendance at her appointment instead of her father this issue would have been resolved before leaving!
