Feels like a Scam‼️‼️. Once your account is paid in full, things get sketchy. They finally agreed to take off my daughter braces off, but wouldn’t give her retainers after the service was completed. Even after we begged for them to pay out of pocket whatever is was. The answer was still no! So basically they know that your teeth start shifting within a few days without a retainer. Heather was super nice and helpful. Gave great details about starting the process with my daughter. She gave me insight from insurance providers and other alternatives. The young lady that took my child photos and X-rays was super nice as well. Great staff everybody was friendly and nice. Nice atmosphere!!
My daughter had her consultation and got her braces all in one day! The wait time and procedure was so fast!!! The staff was so friendly, informative, and the atmosphere of the office was so welcoming and pleasant. I want to s/o Christina, Liyah, and Dr. P for their great services to me and family today!!!
This is a very horrible place. The dentist never explains anything and never introduces themselves and it is always different ones. The dental assistants are also rude and mean. Everyone just gets in your mouth without speaking or explaining anything. Do not recommend this place at all.
The male dr the only one here seems a bit rude and not a people person. My child was a patient for a couple years he maybe said 4 or 5 words to us is on these years. He only speaks to the dental assistants the thing he says to patients is "Ill put this here to catch the water." And "open up for me" My child's braces broke the same day constantly too which wasnt fun to deal with esp living so far away. Not a personal office at all very assembly line feel here.
