I am very pleased w/ Smile Straight Ortho. Dr Smith is very thorough in his check-ups, answers every question & gives you every scenario that can happen. All of the hygienists are very friendly & are able to explain teeth cleaning procedures w/their patients. All office personnel that I have encountered have always been very pleasant- always smiling. Dr. Smith answers every question with precision and patience (and I ask a LOT of questions.) This office runs incredibly smoothly. I've never waited more than 5 minutes. Other health care providers could learn a thing or two from them. The staff has a friendly and upbeat attitude and impeccable professionalism. I never dread going there and I know I'll be in and out in just a few minutes.
