Please find another one to go to. The main person that was great was the actual doctor. He is great. But the rest of the staff is rude and lies, they blame everything on call center. But the front desk staff needs some customer service skills and retraining. They need to do hiring because I’m in the medical field and this is definitely not how service should be handled. When bringing in 4 children during an hour and a half wait time surely the grace time could be extended slightly, especially when staff have the time to hang out and chit chat about life instead of waiting on patients. Then other staff are just walking around. The appointments were 10:10, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30 instead of being grouped together anyway. We arrived at 10:25. We can wait until 1:10 to get the other child seen. Like for real😑

These guys don't want your business. At least not mine. On time for my appointment, new customer. Did not see anyone for 25 minutes. Then put in a room for 20 more minutes. No on came so I left. Not going back. Imagine how they must treat existing customers.

Highly recommend! They were able to schedule my daughter’s appointment, get her braces started, and complete the entire process within two weeks. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and efficient. We had a great experience from start to finish and truly appreciate how quick and easy they made the process.

I love this place. My babies and I had a really great experience, they were done with their consultation in a very timely manner, everyone was very professional and sweet. Kam is such a beautiful soul. Would recommend this dentist to anyone.
