We have found the best pediatric dental clinic for our little one! This place is so clean and orderly! Everyone from the front desk to the dentist are kind, gentle and professional. Looking forward to our next visit!
I scheduled an appointment for an extraction because Smile Stories took my insurance and my former ped dentist would not. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunciation with the front desk and the hygenist thought we were doing a cleaning. When I brought this up, Dr. Joyce and the team were able to quickly pivot to confirm an extraction was needed and got it done. Outstanding work for my first visit! We will be returning soon.
Edit: my daughter now goes here as well and this is the first time she is able to sit on her own in the dentist chair to get a proper cleaning. It could be that she is older but she definitely voiced that she likes the office and the staff. Finally got a cleaning with no bear hugs and bribes! I really enjoy bringing my son into the office. They are so nice and patient with him. He is not scared or intimated. They even had a diaper for me when he had a stinky one and I left them at home!! Def recommend.
