We are so thankful we found Smile Starters. Have been going there with my two kids for three years now. They love to go there. The whole experience for us was always pleasant. All the staff are caring and very professional!
So welcoming and friendly! Made my 3 year old feel very comfortable and he sat the very good the entire visit. The waiting area is so cute and colorful like a pediatrics place should be! Great experience and will be back in 6 months!
I really wanted to like this place and had high hopes. The first visit went ok. People at the reception desk were a little inattentive but I ignored the red flags. No greeting when we walked in. Having to wait for them to finish talking and laughing with each other before any acknowledgement. The dentist herself was good. A second visit was scheduled for 8 months out for the next cleaning.
