It was a very great experience! My son was very nice taken care of and the staff is very polite and we will continue to go there.
They seem really nice and the girl brought me in there and explained everything about my baby. She does have some cavities but we will be back to get them fixed. I didn’t get to go in the back with her which I would’ve liked to, because this is only her third time being into the dentist. She did good on her first two cleanings but I could tell she was nervous going back without me
Called to make an appointment for my daughter as the office in Asheville suggested I do that do to they are booked up until March for appointments for existing patients. Talked to the Office Manager who was very rude and she said "that wasn't the case" and she wasn't willing to help me at all. Was very disappointed with the whole experience. And the fact that I was gave so much misleading information.
My children and I have been going to this dentistry for years! We are always extremely satisfied with performance of the staff! Thanks for always being awesome Smile Starters! ❤️
Front office lacks basic manners. Dental team is nice. You're not allowed to see your child being seen by the dentist or the assistants. I was told to stand outside during my daughter's very first dental appointment she was nervous and scared and I wasn't allowed to be beside her. Very strange work space. I was a dental assistant and this office was not very personable. If you want your kid comfortable I wouldn't recommend. We are exploring other options. Not worth driving 2 hours away to be seen. Not happy
