My daughter is so comfortable going here. She was so scared at her last dentist.
I hate to right a review like this but I feel as a parent all parents should know this. So today my niece had a appointment today and she was getting a extraction and she was resisting it, they did the strap down method and had me hold her head down as she received the anesthesia with the needle in the mouth. Which is normal. What was not normal was the face of pain and pure torture she went through in her face and scream. The front desk people are nice and the place is always clean but the dental staff are very rude and don't explain anything while they're doing things to you and they're also needlessly rough, and then will get onto you about "not brushing" even though they make your gums bleed with their needlessly rough cleaning. Cold and unfriendly staff. They make rude comments to you as well. The appointments are very fast and you can get in and out in maybe 15 minutes or so but is that really worth it based on the treatment? Absolutely ... read more
Took my 4 year old in to get a cavity filled and they said they would bundle her up but the tied her to the bed with cuffs on her hand and feet and my daughter was screaming because they scared her so bad and she told us that they were not nice to her I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy… got told that I could stay with her then got kicked out of the room and left hearing my baby scream at the top of her lungs -102939474849493839% recommend
