DO NOT GO HERE. They are very rude and unprofessional. They are rough with children, no matter the age, and they don't let parents come back. They also restrain children. Last time I was a patient there is heard little kids screaming for their mommy.
They are nice people, very friendly. But the wait is way too long. And they will not allow me back, tho my son is 17, Them not allowing me back makes me very uncomfortable expecially because they are saying he needs all this work that means extremely unnessisary. They are wanting to pull teeth that I don't feel need to be. If I was back there to see what they were doing it would feel a lot more comfortable.
HORRIBLE. Don't go, they treat children horribly. They are rude and rough. They don't allow Parents to go with children. They traumatized my son. They make you feel like no other dentist will take your medicaid. Please there are so many people that will. Blue Ridge Pediatric Dentistry and Biltmore Family Dentistry as well as many more do. DONT GO HERE EVER!
Although the admin staff were nice the dentist treated my daughter very badly and she ended up screaming. She is now quite traumatized about going to the dentist.
I tried to do a negative star, but it wouldnt allow it. First off, the staff in the office are very friendly. Thats pretty much where it ends. The first time i brought my kids into the office, they were seen by dentist who recommended treatment plans that would be carried out the following visit. Imagine my surprise when, during the next visit, they were seen by ANOTHER dentist who recommended and used a different treatment plan rather than the one I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR.
