Brought my 3 year old for the first time. The staff and dentist were all so very patient and kind. I was allowed to go in the back, and was very impressed with the atmosphere. Highly recommend! I don't know what why there are low ratings for this place, but we had a great experience.
Got an emergency appt. because my son was in pain. Get there and they just cleaned his teeth. I was furious. They made another appt to come back to get the work done, I get there second time and they tell me they will look at it and tell me if they have time to fix it because they had him scheduled for a cleaning. Then when I explained what happened before that they had cleaned his teeth last time, she starts rolling her eyes at me. I first scheduled my daughters appt around 3 yrs. old and asked if I would definitely be able to go back with my daughter, they told me yes. I get there and they would not let me go back. I should have walked out then. They sedated her in the waiting room, then later I heard her screaming from the waiting room. It was so bad others were talking.
