Drove here and the person doesn't speak English. I had a confirmed appointment and live very far away. When I got here 10 mins early, the therapist who i am sure I talked to on the phone (and confirmed via text) said she gave my appointment away to a customer that was going to pay for 90 mins. I asked why did you confirm she said it was her boss not her. I called the number I called before and her phone rang. Unscrupulous, unprofessional and must avoid
