Hygienist was extremely rude last time, spent 20 minutes berating me for not brushing enough, when it would have been easy to read my chart and see I have a genetic condition that caused what she was complaining about.
I went to this dentist after seeing a free cleaning flyer on Facebook. On the day, it was time for the consultation my husband and after the dentist did the x-ray and looked at what needs to be done. She acted like she wasn’t concerned about any other work that needs to be done even though I asked her what else needed to be done because I did have insurance which I didn’t put down because I just knew that they would charge my insurance, even though this says was free because I saw reviews that they do that, so after asking h... read more
Staff was professional, friendly and efficient. Dr Fowler diagnosed the need for an extraction and performed the extraction same day easy peasy!!
I want to Thank all the Dentists the assistant, the Dentists from Augusta and most of all, I want to Thank Ms. Tiffany she went above and beyond for the Free dental event. Ms. Tiffany was very professional, very punctual. I loved her whole demeanor. It was very busy and hectic, but Ms. Tiffany made sure everybody was safe and everything ran smoothly and effectively, and I really appreciate Ms.Tiffany for all she has done. Thank you from Raquel
They are good but you will be waiting some time. They have good attitudes but having people sit for hours when they have an appointment scheduled is not okay.
