Not happy about what seems to be a new policy...two appointments necessary 1) for the exam and ex rays and 2) for the cleaning and evaluation. Also, the cleaning requires you to go to a separate building. I was told they've always been like that, however we've been there before and it wasnt. Hmmm.

I have been a patient here for over 6 years.. I never had any problems until it changed to Smile sonrisa. I am a cash pay, no dental insurance and they treat me like garbage. I guess you have to be on welfare to get your dentistry done professionally. I have spent over $7,000 to get my teeth back to great shape, and their work has caused me a lot of problems as well as grief. Shotty work, rude and impatient staff. Horrible office staff: in particular a morbidly obese hispanic woman. In fact I switched dental providers the very next day! No regrets! As a paying consumer (I actually have to pay for my insurance, not a welfare freeloader here) I expect good customer service and staff that values my business. I refuse to accept their level of service. Unfortunately my complete dissatisfaction really didn't have anything to do with Dr. Rome or his dental hygienist however if you can't make it past the door there is a problem.
