My daughter and I have been seeing Dr. Pfountz since 2012; he started out closer to us on Park Avenue here in Lebanon. He was so kind with my daughter and I, along with providing great dental care. I had zero complaints. Then he moved to new location on Hartmann Drive, and things seemed a little different, but we continued making our appointments. Everybody hates going to the dentist. They have made it the best experience they can possibly make it. I have had the pleasure of working with at least 3 other employees other than Dr. Pfountz, and they have all been amazing. Dr. Pfountz truly cares about his patients and emphasizes that during all of his procedures to ensure comfort. His staff has embraced that compassion and it shows. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.
