Technical Skills: Consulted the dentist about the wisdom removal. He did not explain anything but only played a short video. I also consulted with other dentist and oral surgeon and they explained clearly and patiently. And this office charged more than others. Patience: No patience. He does not have patience, especially to kids. Attitude: Mean. lack basic human decency.
The contents below occurred at the Pleasanton location, but this review is for the same dentist who also owns and practices in this location. By far the worst dentist I've ever been to for a simple cleaning, and one that I cannot recommend in good faith to anyone. The dentist lacks empathy or the ability to give actionable, constructive feedback.
