I just love dr. virmani and the front reception staff. they are the best. dr virmani has been nothing but helpful, and a joy when going in for not such joyous procedures (root canals). the front staff also remembers my graduation days from college and little things about me, i’m just obsessed with them! You will not be disappointed coming here!
This is my first experience at Smile & Shine Waterbury, as it’s a sister location to my primary dental practice. They were absolutely amazing and accommodating to a serious dental emergency that I was experiencing. I truly appreciate them being able to see me, especially during the holiday season when appointments aren’t as easy to accommodate. The doctor and the staff are truly professionals and I am grateful.
I have been a patient of Dr. Mandhyan for two years. This doctor knows that I have anxiety when it comes to needles, but once I’m comfortable, there are no issues…. I always ask this doctor to explain to me all the steps that will be taken during any procedure. Dr. Mandhyan took it upon himself to not give me any local anesthetic to remove a temporary crown from my mouth. I immediately stop him! I screamed in agony, what are you doing to me?
