The worst visit for me at smile and shine in waterbury, CT, I went to have cavities filled, and they would not service my teeth with out having a deep cleaning first, that would of cost me thousands of dollars, cause ins does not cover that type of cleaning, and I already had my teeth cleaned at different office, then they refused to do any fillings on my teeth because of this, and refused me as a patient, awful experience, and would not recommend going there, and very rude in their service practice, no options, and want to ... read more
I just love dr. virmani and the front reception staff. they are the best. dr virmani has been nothing but helpful, and a joy when going in for not such joyous procedures (root canals). the front staff also remembers my graduation days from college and little things about me, i’m just obsessed with them! You will not be disappointed coming here!
This is my first experience at Smile & Shine Waterbury, as it’s a sister location to my primary dental practice. They were absolutely amazing and accommodating to a serious dental emergency that I was experiencing. I truly appreciate them being able to see me, especially during the holiday season when appointments aren’t as easy to accommodate. The doctor and the staff are truly professionals and I am grateful.
