My latest appointment with the male hygienist (Ahmad? as shown in the receipt) wasn't the best. He exaggerated issues, even though I don't have any cavities, and then slapped me with a bill for 3 units of scaling and varnish, adding an extra $100 to my usual cleaning costs over the past three years. (Normally I only do 2U scaling and polish) My advice? Maybe try booking in with a different hygienist to save yourself a headache.

The hygienist there is a 10/10. I can’t remember her name for the life of me but she was amazing. Absolutely fantastic with communication and great patient care. I couldn’t be a happier patient.
