I used to visit a dentist in Vancouver before he sold his practice. Later, I saw another dentist in Richmond for a toothache, who recommended expensive specialists for a root canal and a wisdom tooth extraction. This is the first time I took my 6yr old daughter to see a dentist who is not a pediatric dentist. The result was unexpectedly smooth. The tooth that needed to be extracted was also extracted. Dentist was also very patient with children. My daughter said she would like to stay here to do her regular hygiene. Thanks. Dr chan and the team.

I booked for a cleaning and planned to rebook for my front chipped tooth. The Dentist saw me and was able to perform the cleaning and filling in one visit. This was the first time that I ever received a filling so the vibration from the drill was novel but not alarming; and this was coming from an extreme Dental-phobe. Dr. Chow was very kind and thorough. The assistant Bernice was very gentle and the receptionist Cindi was very friendly. Overall, I was very happy with my visit.

Went in for a filling in my back bottom molar, which happened to be next to another tooth in front that had a pre-existing crown. The experience was quite harrowing overall, I was first administered anesthesia without being informed beforehand, and the process of cleaning out the decay and filling felt very rough.
