I used to love coming here, especially when they took children as well. I moved back to the area and scheduled an appointment for Nov 20. When I arrived, they had not ran my dental insurance and informed me they no longer took it but I could pay $300 + out of pocket and just get an my insurance to reimburse me. That’s insensitive. I left, but people routinely make arrangements and take time off for appts. This was not a last minute appointment, and the dental insurance could have been checked prior to this.
