My experience was great, up until the end. This had been my second visit there and the staff is very professional and kind. In all honesty I have had fear of dentistry offices because of my TMJ but they were very careful, informative and thorough with me. The reason for my rating is due to billing. I initially had an appointment set up at the beginning of the year that I had to reschedule due to conflicts with my dental insurance. Ok it took years because Dr Shepley is a hard act to follow but today I finally feel like Dr Koby is my dentist. Thank you for my same day emergency appointment and for fixing my chipped crown. Non the less it was one expensive bag of popcorn !!!!
My appointment with Dr. O'Connor on March 6th went very well. There was one filling to be done, and preparation for a crown as well. Both Dr. O'Connor and his assistant were very personable and competent, and I am grateful to them for their excellent service.
