Unprofessionalism. I will leave 0 stars for the Doctor and 3 stars for the staff. I had a situation where I didn’t get a call back after contacting the staff to let them know I was running late, by no fault of my own because of road construction and accidents leaving over an hour and a half to get there. Today was my 1st appointment with Smile Pro Sudio in Schaumburg for an implant consultation. I felt very comfortable with the staff, especially Silwia. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the implant procedure. She gave me plenty of time to ask questions and explained everything in a manner that I could understand. I met Dr Z and he was very kind and patient as well. It was a very good experience for me.
