Greater at the counter be friendly reception staff who remember you from previous visits. Dr Helen is great. She is very professional & explains everything and keeps checking if you are OK during your time on the chair.
Had a scale and clean today and it was honestly a great experience. Everything was explained in plain English and I felt comfortable the whole time. They also picked up on some bruxism issues I’ve been having and gave really helpful, practical advice. They adjusted the tooth that was causing the problem and it made an immediate difference to my bite — something I’ve been dealing with for a while.
