I sat in the waiting room 20 minutes past my appointment start time when someone finally came to start my appointment. They just asked how I was doing. No apology for wasting 20 minutes of my time. Maybe that's normal around here.
Staff was exceptional, Dr. Ali was patient and explained everything perfectly. I barely had to wait for my appointment, everything ran very smoothly. Highly recommend!
