From a cheerful greeting from front desk staffer Jennifer (also insurance genius!), to a really thorough and gentle cleaning and exam by hygienist Nancy, to a careful and again thorough exam by and discussion with Dr. Uchida, I was impressed and pleased with my initial experience at Smile Oswego Dental. I had a follow up visit today to install a crown; again, Dr. Uchida and his staff were very kind and helpful. I've been a patient of Dr Uchida for a few years and recommended him to absolutely everyone!! My entire family goes there now. The office is friendly and welcoming, the staff is gentle and very knowledgeable. As someone who has worked in the dental field for over 13years I am very selective with where I go for my care, and even more selective with who I recommended people to. If you're in the area and looking for a dental office, this is the place to go!!
