This place is an absolute scam. They quote you a price for a dental cleaning and then basically force you to buy an electric toothbrush. At my very first appointment, they didn’t even provide any treatment, yet they charged me $300 upfront. That alone is already about the cost of a full course of treatment at other dental offices. I drive from Scott AFB just to be seen here. They are out of network for tricare/united Concordia, but as a military spouse who moves around a lot and has been to multiple dentists I choose to pay out of pocket because I truly believe you get what you pay for. I really appreciate the true transparency I get from knowing exactly how much I will owe for my visit before even arriving, to the dentist telling me what I need done without me feeling pressured to do it.
