If i could give this store 0 stars. I would. Hands down the worst place I’ve ever been to. Sheena has promised me a $90 refund 4 months ago and said she has been working on it. She has left me on read. And blamed everything on “medical issues” my mom and 2 of my bridesmaids got their dresses altered there and my mom bought her MOB dress there and you can physically see they just took scissors to the bottom of the dress. If I could post pictures you’d be in disbelief. She simply had to sew a small slit in my dress and as soon as I put it on it started coming undone and looked horrible and very visible in photos. Not to mention she gave me my dress back the day before the wedding I was in after promising it’d be done two weeks before. She promised a refund to one of the other bridesmaids and she has yet to receive it after having to ask for it multiple times. Bridesmaids dresses I picked out were discontinued less than 5 months after picking out. Bummer, but not a big deal. Requested a refund in March and have still yet to receive it. Store is blaming everyone but themselves. Have requested to get calls on updates and will not call me back. When I call, I either get a run around or get told that they are still waiting for a check. If I could give 0 stars, I would. How sad is it that people scam others out of thousands of dollars on one THE most important days of their life?! I had this company booked for my wedding reception, ended up having to cancel my reservation due to my venue canceling on me with plenty of notice. At the time the owner was very understanding and said we would receive a full refund, but would have to wait "til the end of wedding season." 10 out of 10 would not recommend!!! My friend paid for a wedding dress was told 24 hours before her wedding that it would not be ready. Still hasn't been refunded because they keep giving her the run around. Don't waste your time!!!
