The waiting area was very clean and inviting. Receptionist was a beautiful gal with warm eyes and friendly smile. Even though she was already on the phone, she very professionally excused herself to gather my name and instructed me to have a seat and someone would be with me shortly. It was simple, and polite and I appreciated the acknowledgment. The music was nice, being played on a Large tv. I noticed refreshments in a small fridge and some cute plants on the desk.
