Over a year ago he scratched the enamel pretty bad on 5 of my front teeth. He was removing the " rubber bumps" from Invisalign. I wrote him a letter in the mail, and he texted me. No call. Nothing. I went to another dentist to get those 5 teeth "sanded" down, so the scratching was no longer visible or able to be felt with my tongue. Horrible experience.
The entire staff was professional and kind. Very patient and very helpful. Any questions or concerns, there was no hesitation in helping.
Summer is always smiling, friendly and so great with my son! Anytime we need something she’s right there to help, whether he’s broken a wire or a bracket she helps get us in quick to get it fixed.
Staff is supper nice! They explained everything to us.
