The dental hygienist was super inattentive. They didn't listen to anything I was telling them. I told them numerous times that I was in pain NOT feeling pressure but PAIN and the dentist proceeded to pull the teeth anyway. Sent me home with essentially no pain medication and I spent more money to have the "laughing gas" and they either A didn't turn it on correctly or B was out and just had the mask over my nose. They are so nice, they explain everything and answer all of my concerns. They make sure I'm as comfortable as I can get. Awesome crew, Dr.Shin and Myra saw to my needs. The receptionist was great. My insurance covered everything but implants, but I will get dentures.
They was very caring and polite.
