Dr Prashant is empathetic and caring. He explains processes well and his treatment is gentle and professional. The support staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are immaculate.
I was very afraid of the dentist and I had to have two molars extracted, being out of my country. My English is not good, Dr. Prashant and his team were very patient with me, to explain the whole procedure. Very kind and attentive all the time, which feels very good. I was attended by Dr. John Kim, and I had a terrible experience. I had fallen off a scooter two days ago and had three broken teeth. The dentist couldn't even identify which teeth were broken after touching them all and even taking an X-ray. He told me that the only option was to remove the teeth and get implants, that they couldn't be saved. Luckily, I didn't trust this dentist because I went to another one who saved and restored my teeth. Terrible service; in the end, they want to do what's easiest for them and most expens... read more
