Update: I've moved an hour away and years later , I'm still with him. Dr. Siddiqui is still a rock star and his team is still the best ! I recently moved to Dallas and was on the search for a new dentist. A Google search led me to Dr. Siddiqui's office and I'm so glad that it did! I had a very disappointing experience at Smile Makeover because of the manager, Cristina. The way the situation was handled felt unprofessional and unfriendly, and it made the entire visit uncomfortable. Good customer service goes a long way, especially in a place where patients should feel welcomed and cared for. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope management takes feedback seriously and improves the way customers are treated moving forward.
