I put one star because there is a minimum. My father went to this dentist office on referral for the sole purpose of obtaining dental clearance for very important surgery. They performed an X-ray, the dentist inspected him. The dentist confirmed that there was no infection and told my father that he would send a letter to the surgical team. He did not do so.
