I am a long time patient at this Smile Loft location: I was pleased with the staff until Friday (5/1/26): this particular morning I had a cleaning appt (at 9am) & was running about 15 minutes late in traffic. In good faith, I called & a young lady told me that I had to reschedule (even though I would’ve arrived in the 15 minute grace period time frame).
